What services do you offer?

J Clean Services offer residential & commercial cleaning; one-time, recurring, move-in/out, windows cleaning; carpet cleaning and post-renovation are welcomed. 

Are your company insured and bonded?

J Clean Services is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours 

What is included in your cleaning?

Can I Trust J Clean Services Cleaners?

Absolutely. We strive to provide unparalleled cleaning services through meticulous attention to details.  We are a local company focused on Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Our employees are long-term, well-trained, and reliable.

Do you offer a last minute cleaning?

Yes but, we do offer last minute cleanings only if there is availability for the required day.

How do I schedule an appointment?

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

To scheduling an appointment depends on availability. We strong recommend to book at least three days in advance. Please note that Thursdays and Fridays are our most popular days, so they fill up pretty quick.

Is J Clean Services pet safe?

Yes. We really love animals, but they don't always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.

Does J Clean Services use cleaning products that are safe for all surfaces?

All of our long-term and well-trained  employees are trained to use products that are safe for all surfaces, including: stainless steel, tiles, glass, wood, etc

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies or do I have to provide them?

Our cleaning teams provide the cleaning supplies and vacuum and it is included in the quote. We use brand name cleaning products that are eco-friendly. However, if you request to use your cleaning supplies, we will gladly do so.

What should I do prior to my cleaning appointment?

In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, important documents, toys and other personal household items.

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?

Yes, your special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online. After the clean is complete, you can rate your J Clean experience and update your special instructions if you want something cleaned differently.

Do you clean offices and other commercial spaces?

Yes. J Clean can handle any job no matter how big or small. We have special equipment and cleaners for these jobs. You can get a quote online by clicking here: Get a FREE quote.

Do I get a discount if I'm a frequent customer?

Yes, for the customers who sign up for a subscription are entitled to significant discounts. For weekly service we have a 15% discount, for biweekly service we have a 10% discount, and service every four weeks gets a 5% discount.

What about parking?

Upon making an appointment, please specify whether parking is available via metered street parking, or unrestricted parking in residential streets. For restricted parking (such as residential permit-only parking), a guest permit is required (unless the restriction applies after 6PM in some areas). For downtown parking, a FREE guest parking space or permit is REQUIRED.

What form of payment does J Clean Services accept?

We accept checks and cash.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

No problem, but please notify us 24 hours in advance.
